Shawnee Smith (5' 3") is a American TV and film actress. Smith is best known for her role for her role as Amanda Young from the Saw films and as Linda from Becker, a CBS comedy Becker. Smith was a former frontwoman of Fydolla which was a rock group that toured America and the UK. Smith is now half of Smith & Pyle the country rock band together with Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith, the second daughter of Patricia Smith, an oncology nurse and Jim Smith former US Air Force pilot and financial planner, was born in Orangeburg South Carolina. At the age of one old, her family relocated to South Carolina and California to Van Nuys. Her parents had divorced when she was two years old age. When she was eight, she moved to Van Nuys. She attended Ranchito Avenue elementary school in Panorama City Los Angeles, as well as Madison Jr. High School in North Hollywood. The singer also performed on her tour as a solo artist, What's Happening to Me in My Life? Included in the residency was an entire week of shows in the venue Just For Laughs.
